Role Description
The Legal Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Marrakesh. This role is responsible for providing legal guidance on operational, commercial, and regulatory matters affecting OceanAir’s regional and international activities. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents, advising on compliance with local and international laws, and identifying and mitigating legal risks. The Legal Advisor will support leadership and functional teams on issues such as labor and employment, customer relations, supplier agreements, and partnerships, ensuring that company policies align with legal requirements and best practices. The role also involves monitoring legal developments, coordinating with external counsel when necessary, and contributing to internal training and policy updates.
Qualifications
•
Strong foundation in Law with demonstrated experience handling diverse Legal Issues and providing practical Legal Advice.

Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, policies, and agreements.
•
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, particularly in the hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors, and ability to advise on workforce-related matters.
•
Relevant university degree in Law and eligibility to practice or advise within the applicable jurisdiction.
•
Experience working with regulatory authorities, compliance frameworks, and cross-border operations is highly beneficial.
•
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
•
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
•
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is a strong advantage.
