Your Mission As our Finance Operations & Partner Manager, you will become the operational backbone of the company. You’ll work directly with the founder and become responsible for keeping our operations running smoothly while helping us scale. You’ll coordinate projects, support partners, improve processes, communicate with developers and help build the operational foundation of our business. Your Responsibilities Finance Operations • Improve and optimize operational processes. • Build scalable workflows. • Coordinate projects across multiple teams. • Identify opportunities for automation. • Monitor operational performance. Partner Success • Onboard new partners. • Guide partners during the growth of their accounting firms. • Maintain strong partner relationships. • Monitor weekly and monthly KPIs. • Help partners achieve their business goals. • Organize follow-ups and performance reviews. Platform Operations • Become an expert user of our accounting platform. • Handle operational customer support. • Identify software bugs and usability issues. • Translate customer feedback into structured development tasks. • Work closely with our developers to continuously improve the platform. Founder Support • Help prioritize projects. • Coordinate recruitment activities. • Assist in hiring new team members. • Organize meetings and follow-ups. • Take ownership of operational projects from idea to execution. Requirements Required • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) — both written and spoken. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • High attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving skills. • A proactive mindset. • Interest in finance, accounting and technology. Preferred • Background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Operations. • Experience working with accounting firms or financial services. • Experience with SaaS software. • Experience working with software developers. • Experience in Operations, Project Management or Customer Success. • Arabic language skills. • Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage. What Success Looks Like Within your first months you will: • Successfully manage and support our growing partner network. • Become the operational bridge between partners, developers and the founder. • Help improve our accounting platform through customer feedback and operational insights. • Build scalable internal processes. • Help prepare the company for significant international growth.
