Software Test & Validation Engineer — HIL & Vehicle

Posizione: Role: Android Automotive Application Developer Micla Engineering & Design is expanding its automotive software practice in Morocco. We are building a team to develop in-vehicle applications for one of the world's largest carmakers, on production vehicle programs. You will work on the software the driver actually sees and touches: infotainment and instrument cluster applications running on modern automotive platforms. What You Will Do • Develop Android applications for in-vehicle infotainment and instrument cluster systems • Build and maintain user-facing features: media, vehicle settings, connected services, system UI components • Integrate with vehicle data and platform services through automotive APIs and abstraction layers • Work on smartphone projection integration • Collaborate with UX designers on the in-vehicle user experience, including voice and assistant interactions • Write testable code and contribute to automated test coverage in the CI/CD pipeline Requisiti: Required • Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical or Computer Engineering • Understanding of automotive E/E architecture and vehicle networks: CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet • Hands-on with at least one Vector tool: CANoe, CANalyzer or CANape • Scripting in Python • Structured, analytical approach to defect analysis and reporting • Professional English • Availability to work onsite at test facilities and for international business travel Valued • CAPL scripting • dSPACE tooling; HIL bench operation • AUTOSAR Classic stack awareness • Requirements management in DOORS Next Generation; ALM and issue tracking • Diagnostics: UDS, DTC handling, DLT logging • ISO 26262 functional safety exposure • ISTQB certification • HMI and infotainment validation experience
