📍 Location: Nador, Morocco 🏢 Company: Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco 📄 Contract: Permanent (CDI) 💼 Experience: 3+ years Aeolon Renewable Energy Morocco, a leading company in wind turbine blade manufacturing, is strengthening its Quality team in Nador and is looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our growing industrial operations. 🎯 Your Responsibilities As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Your main responsibilities will include: • Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements • Identify, investigate, and resolve product and process non-conformities • Lead Root Cause Analysis using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and 5M • Define, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Monitor quality KPIs and analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities • Participate in internal and external audits and follow up on action plans • Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes • Work closely with Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve quality issues • Prepare quality reports and communicate results to management and relevant stakeholders • Ensure customer quality requirements are understood and effectively implemented • Support the implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System 👤 Candidate Profile • Engineer or Master's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Quality Engineering position within an industrial/manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies • Experience with 8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, MSA, RCA, CAPA, and 5 Why is highly valued • Experience in composite materials, wind energy, aerospace, automotive, or other advanced manufacturing industries is an advantage • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Fluent English – mandatory, both written and spoken 📩 Interested?
