As an acquisition and counseling specialist (stage fin d'étude & pré-embauche) intern, you will support StudentGator’s growth and student success by managing both acquisition activities and direct counseling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tunis, Tunisia. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective students, conducting initial needs assessments, and guiding candidates through the application and enrollment process. You will contribute to acquisition campaigns, assist with partner outreach, and collaborate with the team to improve processes and student experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing clear, empathetic communication to students and partners.

Experience or interest in acquisitions, lead generation, and student or client onboarding.

Excellent communication skills, including clear written and spoken interaction with diverse audiences.

Ability to support program management activities, coordinate tasks, and follow structured processes.

Competence in market research to understand student needs, education trends, and competitive offerings.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., business, marketing, education, international relations, or related field).

Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a student-centered mindset.

Proficiency in English and French; Arabic is an asset.

Comfort with digital tools and CRM or database platforms is a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Casablanca , in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
