Role Description The Animation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Agadir. This position is responsible for creating 2D animations and motion graphics that support real estate marketing materials, presentations, and digital communications. Day-to-day tasks include developing storyboards, producing animated visuals for online and offline campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to translate property features into compelling visual content. The Animation Specialist will refine graphics, optimize animations for various platforms, and ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves managing project timelines, adapting content based on feedback, and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in 2D Animation and Animation to design engaging visual sequences. • Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to develop dynamic content for digital and print media. • Candidates should possess skills in Storyboarding to plan and organize visual narratives for projects. • Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar). • Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail, with an understanding of branding and marketing principles. • Ability to work on-site in Agadir, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment. • Relevant education or training in animation, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred. • Experience creating content for real estate, architecture, or related industries is an advantage.
