Video Editor

Role Description This full-time Video Editor role at NAYT PROD AGENCY is an on-site position based in Casablanca. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting the best shots, and creating polished video content that aligns with project briefs and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include editing video sequences, synchronizing audio, applying transitions and effects, and collaborating with producers, directors, and designers to achieve the desired visual narrative. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics, adapting content for different platforms, and maintaining organized project files and asset libraries. The Video Editor is expected to meet deadlines, follow feedback from stakeholders, and consistently uphold high technical and creative standards. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and an understanding of end-to-end production workflows. • Candidates should possess strong Video Editing skills, including proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar). • Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading, with the ability to adjust color, exposure, and tone for visual consistency and impact. • Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that enhance storytelling. • Relevant qualifications include experience working in a production or creative agency environment and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work. • Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, strong time management, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with social media and digital content formats.
