AI Automation & Workflow Intern (Stage)

As part of our growth strategy, we are actively integrating AI and automation technologies to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Automation & Workflow Intern to support the development and implementation of automation systems across our business processes. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to work on real-world projects, leveraging AI tools, APIs, and workflow platforms to improve efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and optimize workflows using tools such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, or n8n • Automate internal processes (CRM, customer service, marketing, and operations) • Integrate third-party APIs (Google, Meta, and internal systems) • Assist in implementing AI-based solutions (ChatGPT, automation agents, etc.) • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation • Document workflows and maintain structured systems Profile & Requirements: • Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation • Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and JSON • Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (or strong willingness to learn) • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Good communication skills in English or French • Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Qualifications (Plus): • Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n • Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript or Python) • Experience with Google APIs or Meta APIs • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems What We Offer: • Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools • Work on impactful, real business projects • A dynamic and growth-oriented environment • Potential opportunity for a full-time position Internship Details: • Duration: 2 to 6 months • Start Date: ASAP • Location: Casablanca • Remuneration: 1,500 MAD to 2,000 MAD per month How to Apply: Please send your CV and any relevant projects or portfolio to: Type d'emploi : Intérim, Stage Rémunération : 1.500,00DH à 2.000,00DH par mois Lieu du poste : En présentiel
