Elevator Quotation Specialist English Speaker (M/F)

About the Role : We are looking for an Elevator Quotation Specialist to join our team in Casablanca. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing elevator quotations, ensuring technical accuracy, competitive pricing, and compliance with customer requirements. You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and other internal teams while communicating with international stakeholders in English. Key Responsibilities : • Prepare and manage elevator quotations based on customer requirements and project specifications. • Analyze technical specifications, drawings, and customer requests. • Prepare accurate commercial quotations, including pricing details and relevant technical information. • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and other internal teams to gather the necessary information. • Review costs, pricing, profit margins, and commercial terms. • Monitor quotation requests and ensure that proposals are submitted within the agreed deadlines. • Communicate in English with international customers and stakeholders. • Ensure that all quotations comply with customer requirements and company standards. Requirements and Qualifications : • Experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is a must. • Good understanding of the technical of elevator projects. • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. • Strong analytical and numerical skills. • Good command of Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools. • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams in an international environment.
