Social Media Manager – YouTube Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager – YouTube Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a Youtube expert with a proven track record of growing channels, analyzing performance data, and packaging long-form content for maximum reach and engagement. If you understand YouTube algorithms inside out, know how to optimize RPM, and excel at auditing existing channels to design high-converting growth strategies, we want you on our team. About the Role In this position, you will lead the channel optimization, performance auditing, and strategic packaging across our YouTube ecosystem. You will analyze existing long-standing channels, collaborate with the content production team, and refine end-to-end video packaging (titles, thumbnails, SEO descriptions) to boost CTR, retention, and channel monetization. Main Assignments Channel Auditing & Optimization: Analyze long-standing channels, identify performance drop-offs, and design comprehensive optimization plans to revive channel growth. Video Packaging & SEO: Propose high-CTR taglines, thumbnail concepts, and SEO-driven descriptions for upcoming and back-catalog videos. Monetization & RPM Strategy: Execute concrete tactics to optimize RPM, audience retention, and revenue performance across managed channels. Analytics & Performance Tracking: Deep-dive into channel-level and video-level YouTube Analytics to track key growth metrics and deliver actionable insights. Audience Engagement: Monitor community interaction, engage with subscribers, and incorporate viewer feedback into future content strategies. About You (Requirements) Experience & Credentials: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing YouTube channels with demonstrated results. (A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred). Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required in order to work in a professional environment. Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO, YouTube Studio Analytics, algorithm mechanics, and RPM optimization. Analytical & Creative Skills: Strong ability to balance raw data analysis with compelling visual and narrative content strategies. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaborative team spirit, high motivation, and a passion for staying ahead of platform trends. Job Terms & Conditions Base Monthly Fee: USD $700 Performance Bonus: Up to $300 quarterly based on KPIs and channel growth. Payment: The total billed for each month is paid Via ACH/Wire in two equal instalments; the 15th and the 30th days of the month following the provision of the services.
