M365 security engineer AI oriented Role purpose, accountabilities, experience, knowledge, and skills The M365 security engineer AI oriented is a critical role within the Cyber and Data protection team. The role will ensure that all M365 application that are manage by other T&DS team are secured and compliant with the security best practices. He/she will be responsible that these applications are covered by Security standards and the compliance is monitored. At the same time, he/she will be responsible that the Forvis Mazars AI validated tools are covered by Security standards, and the compliance is monitored. In the same way, he will have to work with other Forvis Mazars teams regarding the AI security. Finally, he/she will have to work closely with all the other members of the team to introduce agentic AI in their perimeters. Key responsibilities • Defining and managing the security standard for M365 applications that are managed by other T&DS teams • Managing the security standard process (creation update, validation, storage, …) • Working on remediation plan regarding M365 applications security • Defining security standard related to AI with a specific focus on co-pilot • Contributing to Forvis Mazars AI project for the security part • Driving the internal project of introducing AI in Cyber and Data Protection team activities • Carrying out a security watch on M365 applications, AI and cybersecurity developments • Defining, updating and manging KPI related to his/her perimeter • Contributing to the T&DS certifications process • Investigating security incident at level 3 • Being backup on some other team products/projects • Contributing to team life Key Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • A Master’s degree with a cybersecurity specialization is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in cybersecurity or managing security • Fluent in English and at least another language • Technical Skills: Must Have: • M365 application management and security, especially MS Teams, Exchange On-Line, SharePoint One Drive • MS Defender suite management, especially Defender for O365 and InTune • Agentic AI security and management, especially Co-pilot studio • AI security: Co-pilot, Chat-GPT, Claude, DeepSeek, … • Ability to work with Cyber security frameworks: NIST, ISO 27K, CIS, CISA Scuba, OWASP, … • Python programming • PowerShell and other scripting language Nice to Have: • Knowledge of Azure infrastructure • Knowledge of security protocol and encryption (TLS, X509, ciphers, hashing, salting, …). • Ability to conduct Risk analysis
