Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Admin to manage and oversee human resources and administrative operations in Morocco. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, payroll coordination, compliance, office administration, and supporting business operations.
• HR Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes in line with company requirements and Moroccan labor regulations.
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirements.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information.
• Ensure compliance with employment contracts, social security, and other statutory requirements.
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates.
• Prepare employment offers and employment documentation.
• Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees.
Administration
• Oversee general office and administrative activities.
• Manage office facilities, equipment, supplies, and service providers.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, travel, and other employee-related administrative requirements when applicable.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of administrative documents.
• Support management with reports, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Compliance
• Ensure HR and administrative practices comply with applicable Moroccan labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain required employee and company documentation.
• Coordinate with external authorities, consultants, and service providers when required.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably in a multinational or industrial/construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
