Talent Club brings together a catalogue of jobs in Morocco and abroad updated several times a day, a matching engine that reads your CV and calculates a score out of 100 for every job, job-market analyses and preparation tools, in one place.

What you find on Talent Club

1. Understand the market. The Talent Club Observatory turns job listings into insights about roles, cities and stated salaries. Each analysis specifies its date and scope.
2. Explore your possibilities. Keyword search and Talent Agent help you find roles that fit your plans, in Morocco and abroad. Key job information is structured to make listings easier to compare.
3. Prepare your next step. The CV Studio, the cover letter and the Interview coach help you prepare an application based on your experience and a specific role.
4. Build for the long term. The free Club brings your direction, skills, actions and journal together in a private space. Your Club Files also help you prepare for and track each opportunity.

Our technology

• CV analysis. Upload your CV: we read your target roles, experience, city, education, skills and languages.
• Matching engine. Our technology compares every job with your CV and calculates a match score out of 100, with its reasons. The Talent Agent also understands a request written in one sentence and ranks the jobs that meet it, from the most to the least relevant.
• Structured catalogue. Our technology picks out the salary, contract, city and required diploma in every listing. The catalogue is updated several times a day.
• Market analysis. The Observatory calculates, on a fixed date, the share of occupations, cities and sectors in listings, and the salaries stated.

Fake jobs: our rules

In Morocco, the law prohibits charging a candidate for a job (Labour Code, art. 480). A serious recruiter asks for no application fees, no paid training, no visa payment. If a job asks you for money, report it: we verify it and remove it.
