Data collected and purpose

For job alerts: your email address, the selected search criteria and the sending frequency. They are used solely to send you new jobs matching those criteria. These data are not sold or shared with employers. Our email provider receives the information needed to deliver the emails.

For the free candidate account: your email address, your password (stored in protected form, never in plain text) or your Google identifier if you sign in with Google, the jobs you track with their status and your notes, your saved searches, your boards and the jobs you viewed. They are used only to run your space.

In “My career plan”, you choose to save your professional direction, strengths, values and working conditions, skills and links to achievements, actions and journal. This information stays private: it is never shared with employers. You can edit, archive and restore your items, or export your plan (text file). Archiving keeps the item in your account. Deleting the account also deletes the whole plan.

CVs added on Talent Club join the Talent Club talent base: uploaded CVs, with or without an account, and CVs pasted into the career tools. Our technology analyses each CV to read its profile (target roles, experience, city, education, skills and languages), score jobs against that profile and, when you choose, introduce you to recruiters. We keep the CV's text and its analysis, not the file.

Without an account, your CV stays added to your searches in this browser for 30 days. “Change CV”, “Remove from my search” and “Remove from my account” act on your searches; the copy in the talent base is kept, including after the account is deleted. To request its removal, write to contact@talentclub.ma.

For recruiter requests (“Are you hiring?” pages): the company name, the person's name and professional contact details, and a description of their needs. They are used solely to contact them about their recruitment and are kept for 12 months.

The Recruitment Agent analyses the messages and brief you submit with our technology, to clarify your hiring needs. Talent Club does not store them: the conversation disappears when the page reloads. The brief is added to the contact form only when you choose “Add my contact details”.

For job reports and messages (“Contact” page): the text of the message and, if you provide it, your email address. They are used solely to handle your request and reply to you, and are kept for 12 months.

Signing in with Google or Facebook

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your email address and an account identifier with us. If you choose “Continue with Facebook”, Facebook shares your name, your email address and an identifier specific to Talent Club.

We store the email address and the identifier to recognise you the next time you sign in. We do not store your name. We post nothing on your behalf and read nothing else from your Google or Facebook account.

You can remove this connection at any time in your account settings, or delete your account and its data. See how.

Retention period

An unconfirmed request is deleted after 48 hours. After unsubscribing, your address is erased after 30 days. Candidate account data is retained while the account exists; deleting your account immediately removes it from the active database.

CVs in the Talent Club talent base are kept until a removal request (see above).

Protected daily database backups are retained for 30 days. Data deleted from the active database may therefore remain in those copies until they expire. Access is restricted to backup and recovery operations.

Optional CV sharing

From your account, you can separately allow links intended for recruiters in Morocco and abroad. These permissions start off. After previewing your CV, you can create a link giving access to its full text, including any contact details it contains. You send the link to your chosen recipients yourself. It does not list your CV in a directory.

Anyone with the link can view and forward it, regardless of their country. It expires after seven days. You can revoke it immediately; turning off a permission, changing your CV or removing it from your account revokes the relevant links. Revocation does not delete copies already kept by a recipient.

We keep your choices, creation and revocation dates, intended recipients (Morocco or abroad) and a history of these actions in your account. This history contains no additional copy of your CV. Deleting your account also deletes this information.

Talent network and introductions

The network is optional and your profile is hidden at first. You write a professional overview (occupation, location, skills, experience and education) and choose to make it visible to verified companies. Your name and email address do not appear in this overview. A detailed career history may still make you recognisable.

A company presents its name, website, country and an opportunity. You can accept or decline its request in your account. Acceptance shares your name and email address for that opportunity for 30 days. Your CV text is shared only if you also select that choice for this introduction. It may contain contact details and other personal information. CV sharing link choices remain independent.

You can withdraw access or block a company. Hiding your profile withdraws all pending requests and granted access. Withdrawn access is not restored if you make your profile visible or unblock a company. Changing your CV or removing it from your account removes access to the old text; the new CV is not shared automatically. Copies already kept by a recipient cannot be removed remotely.

The profile, company information, requests, decisions, blocks and a dated history of choices stay in the accounts concerned. You can export your network data. Deleting the account deletes its network data and related introductions. Requests expire after 30 days; an agreement opens access for 30 days. Network pages load no audience measurement tool.

Cookies and audience measurement

Necessary cookies run your sign-in, form security, the CV added to your searches and your preferences. Your browser also keeps the jobs saved without an account and your search history.

With your permission, we measure visits and service use: searches, CV uploads, preparations, registrations and apply clicks. Our internal statistics keep daily totals by page, action and language for 180 days.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic sources, returning visits and journeys across the site. Google uses browser identifiers: this data is not fully anonymous. Its analytics cookies are configured for six months. Google tags load only after your permission; refusal or withdrawal stops their use. Advertising features in this integration are disabled.

Events sent to Google contain page categories, language, actions and campaign codes. Public job links may retain their number; other addresses are replaced with a category. CV text, contact details, free-text searches and private notes are not sent in these events. Shared CV pages load no analytics tools. Google privacy policy.

An apply click measures the opening of the job, not the sending of an application. Submissions and successful operations are counted separately. These measurements concern only visitors who accept them.

A cookie keeps your Candidates or Employers space for 180 days, to keep navigation suited to you on shared pages.

Your cookie choice is kept for six months. You can accept, refuse or customise audience measurement, then change your choice at any time through “Manage cookies”. Refusal preserves essential site functions.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You have the right to access, rectify and object by writing to contact@talentclub.ma.
