Talent Club at a glance

What is Talent Club?

Talent Club is a technology platform for jobs in Morocco. Our matching engine analyses your CV, then the Talent Agent scores every job in your searches out of 10 against your profile. According to the Employment barometer of 6 October 2026, our catalogue held 21,049 active jobs in Morocco. It also covers public-sector recruitment and jobs in Canada, Germany and Austria. Free tools help you prepare every application. Analyse your CV to get started.

Is Talent Club free?

Yes, for candidates, with no subscription and no bank card. CV analysis, the Talent Agent, job search, the CV Studio, the cover letter, the Interview coach and the account are free. Analyse your CV without creating an account.

Can I trust Talent Club?

Talent Club is free for candidates and never asks them for money. Every job shows the date it was last checked and offers “Report this job”. Listings in which our technology detects a request for money are hidden by default. For any question, write to contact@talentclub.ma. To find out more, see the About page.

Your CV and your profile

Why add my CV?

With your CV, the Talent Agent scores every job out of 10 against your profile and explains its score. It reads your target roles, experience, education and skills, then shows you the jobs made for you first. The CV Studio and the cover letter reuse this CV, so you never have to retype it. When you choose, it is also used to put you in touch with recruiters. The analysis is free and needs no account: analyse my CV.

How do I get my CV analysed for free?

On the home page, choose “Analyse my CV” and add your CV, without creating an account. Within seconds, the Talent Agent shows the profile it read in your CV. Then choose “See jobs for this profile”: every job is scored out of 10 against your CV, with the reason for the score. To improve the CV itself, use the CV Studio.

What does Talent Club read in my CV?

The Talent Agent reads your target roles, years of experience, city, highest qualification, skills and languages. To score jobs, it takes your whole CV into account. Choose “See jobs for this profile” to start a search from these details straight away. If the profile is incomplete or does not appear, add a CV that clearly states the role you are aiming for. You can also refine your request in the Talent Agent conversation: what you write takes precedence over the CV. Analyse your CV to see your profile.

What is the Talent Profile?

It is your complete professional profile, built from your CV with a free account. Our technology fills in your title, your experience and achievements, your education, your skills and languages with their level, your certifications and your wishes: target roles, cities, contracts, salary and availability. You correct and complete every item; “Update from my CV” reads your CV again and keeps your changes. The “Profile complete: … %” meter lists what is left to add, and “Write my summary” writes your professional summary. The more complete your profile, the more accurate the match with every job: open my Talent Profile.

Which CV formats can I add?

Add a CV in PDF or DOCX, 5 MB maximum. The file must contain text: save it from your word processor rather than scanning or photographing it. DOC and ODT files are not accepted: open the file in your word processor and save it as a PDF. Analyse your CV as soon as it is ready.

How do I add my CV from my phone?

On the home page, tap “Analyse my CV”, then choose your PDF or DOCX file in Files, Google Drive or your downloads. A CV received on WhatsApp works too, once it is saved on the phone. If your CV only exists on paper, do not photograph it: type it into a word-processing app, then save it as a PDF.

I have no CV, or it is out of date: what should I do?

Start without a CV: describe the role you are looking for in one sentence to the Talent Agent, on the home page. Then paste your background into the CV Studio: it picks out your strengths and the passages to clarify. Write your CV in a word processor, save it as a PDF and add it: every job will then be scored against your profile.

Is my CV kept?

Yes. Your CV joins the Talent Club talent base: our technology uses it to recommend jobs to you and, when you choose, to put you in touch with recruiters. This applies to CVs added with or without an account, and to those pasted into a career tool. Without an account, your CV stays linked to your searches in this browser for 30 days. To have your CV removed from the base, write to contact@talentclub.ma and give the e-mail address that appears on the CV.

Who can see my CV? Can my current employer see me?

No recruiter, including your current employer, unless you choose. A recruiter sees your CV only if you send them a sharing link, or if you attach it to an introduction you accept. In My network, your professional overview, if you make it visible, can be seen by verified companies, without your name or contact details. To stop a company from seeing it, block it in My network. Keep your overview general if you do not want to be recognised.

How do I send my CV to a recruiter?

With an account, open “Share my CV” in your account settings. Allow recruiters in Morocco or abroad, preview your CV, then create a sharing link. Send this link yourself to the people you choose: it expires after seven days and you can revoke it at any time.

Can I change or remove my CV?

Yes. “Change CV” replaces the CV used by your searches: the Talent Agent reads the new profile and the sharing links of the old CV are revoked. With “Remove from my search” (without an account) or “Remove from my account”, we stop using this CV for your searches. Removal from the talent base is requested separately, by e-mail.

Searching for jobs

How can I find a job quickly in Morocco?

Add your CV first: the Talent Agent scores every job out of 10 against your profile. Then open the best-scored jobs and prepare each application with the CV Studio, the cover letter and the Interview coach. Finally, come back every day to the “Keywords and filters” search and choose “Last 24 hours” under “Publication date”.

What is the difference between the Talent Agent and the “Keywords and filters” search?

With the Talent Agent, you add your CV or describe the role you are looking for in one sentence. It shows you how it understood your request, then scores every matching job out of 10 and explains its score. The “Keywords and filters” search is the classic search: keywords, filters and sorting, without a score. Add your CV so that the score takes your profile into account.

Can I simply describe the job I am looking for?

Yes. Write, for example, “entry-level accountant in Rabat, permanent contract” in the Talent Agent field, on the home page. It shows you how it understood your request and asks you a question if it is too vague. You then refine your search in the conversation, for example “no temp work” or “preferably in Tangier”. Your searches stay available under “My searches”, in this browser.

What does a job’s score out of 10 mean?

The score out of 10 comes with the Talent Agent’s results. Calculated by our matching engine, it shows how well the job meets your request and, if you added it, your CV; a short explanation justifies it. On every job page, “Match with your profile” goes further: a score out of 100 and five sub-scores, calculated from your CV or your Talent Profile. My matched jobs ranks jobs by this score. Add your CV to see your scores.

How is a job’s match out of 100 calculated?

On every job page, “Match with your profile” compares the listing with your CV, or with your Talent Profile if you have one. The score out of 100 combines five sub-scores, each explained in one line: skills, experience, education, languages, location and contract. Skills and experience weigh the most; a criterion the listing does not specify is not scored. From 80, the match is excellent; from 65, it is good. A required skill missing from your Talent Profile can be added to it in one click from the job. Without a CV, choose “Analyse my CV to see my match” on the job, or analyse your CV from the home page.

Where can I see the jobs that best match my profile?

Open My matched jobs: the 50 active jobs in your occupations that best match your CV or your Talent Profile, ranked by score out of 100, with or without an account. Filter them by city and contract. In job lists, a badge also shows your score on every job. First add your CV from the home page.

Are the jobs up to date?

Our catalogue is refreshed several times a day, and most jobs in Morocco are checked at every refresh. Every job page shows the date it was last checked: “Listing checked on …”. When a job is no longer online, its page says so and suggests similar jobs. Add your CV to see the jobs made for your profile first.

What is “The essentials of the job”?

It is the summary the Talent Agent writes from the listing: occupation, sector, qualification, experience, languages, contract, salary and the skills required. It appears at the top of most jobs in Morocco and helps you compare roles at a glance. The full listing stays in the “Description” tab.

Which filters does the “Keywords and filters” search offer?

In the “Keywords and filters” search, you can filter jobs by location, publication date, occupation, contract, required degree, languages and sector. The location can be all of Morocco, a city, Canada, Germany or Austria. Other filters show remote jobs, jobs open to beginners and jobs that state a salary. The “Foreign languages” shortcut shows jobs that require German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch. With an account, you can also exclude jobs you have saved, viewed or applied to. Add your CV so that the Talent Agent scores jobs against your profile.

How do I find the latest jobs in Casablanca, Rabat or Tangier?

Each city has its own page: Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and all cities. To see the most recent first, open the “Keywords and filters” search and choose your city under “Location”. Then choose “Last 24 hours” or “Last 3 days” under “Publication date”. According to the Employment barometer of 6 October 2026, Casablanca accounted for 43.4% of jobs, ahead of Rabat (11.7%).

How do I find an end-of-studies internship (PFE) or a first job in Morocco?

Choose “Beginner accepted” or “Internships” above the results, then filter by city. Without a degree, choose “No diploma required” in the “Required degree” filter. Add your CV and tell the Talent Agent “beginner”: it puts first the jobs open to beginners that are close to your education.

How do I find a remote job in Morocco?

Choose “Remote work” above the results, or write to the Talent Agent, for example “remote developer”. On every job, “The essentials of the job” states whether remote work is hybrid or full. Add your CV to see the jobs closest to your profile first.

How do I find a call center job?

Choose “Call centers” above the results, then filter by city or by required language. According to the Employment barometer of 6 October 2026, the median monthly salary in customer service agent listings that state one was 5,000 DH. Then prepare your interview with the Interview coach, from the job page.

Do the jobs show the salary?

We show the salary when the listing states it. According to the Employment barometer of 6 October 2026, this was the case for 9.2% of jobs. To see only those, choose “Salary stated in the listing” in the “Keywords and filters” search. Add your CV so that the Talent Agent scores every job against your profile.

What salary should I ask for in Morocco?

Base your request on the salaries stated in listings for your occupation. According to the Employment barometer of 6 October 2026, the median monthly salary of a customer service agent was 5,000 DH (84 listings). For an accountant, it was 6,500 DH (35 listings); in IT and digital services, 10,000 DH. The breakdown by occupation and sector is in the Employment barometer and the Observatory.

Which sectors and occupations hire the most in Morocco?

According to the Employment barometer of 6 October 2026, based on 21,049 jobs, retail and distribution come first (14.9%). Hospitality, catering and tourism follow (10.8%), then transport and logistics (8.0%). By occupation, sales (14.5%) is ahead of logistics, purchasing and transport (14.3%). Read the Employment barometer or explore the Observatory for the breakdown by city and salary.

Career tools

How can I improve my CV for free?

Use the CV Studio, free and with no account. It reviews your CV, with a job listing if you wish, and gives you a summary, your strengths and the passages to clarify or complete. It also suggests a short professional profile, to check before you use it. If you have added your CV, the CV Studio picks it up automatically. From a job, choose “Adapt my CV to this job”.

How do I write a cover letter?

On a job page, choose “Prepare my cover letter”: the listing is picked up automatically, along with your CV if you have added it. You can also open the Cover letter tool and paste the listing. You get a personalised draft of at most 250 words, in which the information you need to add is marked in square brackets. Read it over and complete it before you send it.

How do I prepare for a job interview?

On a job page, choose “Prepare for the interview with the coach”, or choose a job in the Interview coach. From the listing, the coach sums up what the recruiter expects and prepares the likely questions, each with advice on how to answer, as well as questions to ask the recruiter and the actions to take before the interview. Then, in the “Practice out loud” tab, answer each question as you would in front of the recruiter: our technology scores your answer on 8 criteria, each out of 5, explains every score and writes a model answer from what you said. Start again to improve your score: the history of your attempts shows your progress. The Interview coach is free and needs no account.

What is My career?

My career is a private, free career space, available with an account. In it, you set your career direction, link your skills to your achievements, build an action plan and keep a journal, then export it all. For your target role, it shows you jobs from the catalogue and the skills they ask for most. To discover it, explore an example career space.

How do I receive proposals from companies?

With an account, write a professional overview in My network: occupation, city, skills, experience and availability. It is hidden at first: confirm your e-mail address to make it visible to verified companies. They can then send you an introduction request, which you accept or decline. Requests appear in My network: check it regularly.

Applications and tracking

Are you a recruitment agency?

No. Talent Club is a technology platform: you find the jobs made for your profile and you apply as each listing explains. With My network, you can also present a professional overview to verified companies.

How do I apply for a job?

The “Apply” button opens the listing online: follow the application instructions it gives. Before sending, choose “Adapt my CV to this job” and “Prepare my cover letter” on the job page. If you have added your CV, both tools pick it up. Then choose “I applied” to track the application in My jobs.

I get no replies to my applications: what should I do?

No reply is not always a rejection. Follow up with the recruiter in a short message and, with an account, mark the application “No response” in your tracking. Then focus on the jobs best scored for your profile: adapt your CV to each listing with the CV Studio and prepare your interviews with the Interview coach. Analyse your CV to see those jobs first.

How do I save jobs and track my applications?

Choose “Save” or “I applied” on a job. Without an account, it joins My jobs, in this browser, with a status: to apply, applied, interview, offer received or rejected. With a free account, application tracking offers 7 statuses, including “No response”, as well as notes, sorting and a CSV export, on all your devices. If you change phones, create an account: your saved jobs are copied to it when you sign in.

What are boards, saved searches and Club Files for?

They are included in the free account. Boards group jobs under a name you choose. The “Save search” button keeps up to 50 searches, which you run again in one click. A Club File gathers, for a job you follow, its requirements, 5 preparation steps to tick off and your notes. The “Recently viewed” section finds the jobs you have opened.

How do I recognise and report a fake job?

A job that asks you for money is a fake job: application, registration, training or visa fees. Pay nothing, choose “Report this job” on its page, then describe the problem. We review every report. Our rules are on the About page.

Where can I find public-sector competitions that are still open?

The eligibility conditions and application file that count are those of the official notice from the recruiting administration. You can also filter competitions by city in the “Keywords and filters” search.
