Terms of use

Talent Club is a job-search technology platform: a catalogue of jobs in Morocco and abroad updated several times a day, a matching engine that scores jobs against your profile, and career tools. The site is free for candidates. By using the site or creating an account, you accept the terms below.

What the site does

Our technology structures job listings (salary, contract, city, required qualification) to make them easy to read and compare. The “Apply” button on each job opens its application page, with the recruiter.

You can also choose to share your CV by link or join the talent network. These steps are optional and sharing depends on your choices, described in the privacy policy. The employer remains responsible for any hiring decision.

Your CV and the talent base

CVs added on Talent Club, uploaded or pasted into the career tools, are kept in the Talent Club talent base. Our technology analyses them to recommend jobs to you and, when you choose, to put you in touch with recruiters.

Changing your CV, removing it from your searches or your account, or deleting your account does not remove it from the base. To request its removal, write to contact@talentclub.ma.

Interview coach

The coach prepares the interview for a job and trains you to answer its questions. When you answer out loud, your browser transcribes your voice: we receive the text, never the recording. Our technology analyses this text, the job posting and your CV if you choose to use it, to score the answer and suggest a model answer. Your attempts are kept so you can follow your progress: 24 hours in this browser without an account, otherwise in your account until it is deleted. Scores and advice are indicative: they guarantee neither an interview nor a job.

A job listing is not a commitment

A published job listing is an employer's invitation to get in touch. It does not commit them to hiring you, and it does not commit you either. The employer remains solely responsible for their listing and their choice. We cannot guarantee either a job or a response.

Our commitment on jobs

We check job listings carefully: listings that ask candidates for money are hidden, and every report is reviewed. Expired jobs are marked as such. Despite these precautions, a listing may contain an error or be changed by the recruiter: if in doubt, the job's application page prevails.

We never ask candidates for money. If a listing asks you for money, report it.

Your account

The account is free and personal. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site to send fake jobs, collect data about other people or harm the service. We may close an account that breaks these rules. You can delete your account at any time from its settings: its data is then erased from the live database, except the CVs in the talent base. Backup retention is described in the privacy policy.

What we store, why, and for how long is described in the privacy policy, in accordance with Law No. 09-08.
