Flormar MA, enseigne du Pôle Beauty de One Retail, recrute un(e) Area Manager pour la région de Marrakech-Safi.
Vos principales missions :
- Piloter la performance commerciale de plusieurs points de vente.
- Accompagner, coacher et développer les équipes terrain.
- Garantir l’excellence opérationnelle et l’expérience client.
- Assurer la bonne exécution des actions commerciales et merchandising.
- Former et accompagner les Beauty Advisors afin de renforcer leur expertise et leur performance.
Profil recherché :
- Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Commerce, Management ou équivalent.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en management multisite dans le retail.
- Excellente maîtrise des indicateurs de performance commerciale.
- Leadership terrain, sens du coaching et orientation résultats.
- Une passion pour l’univers de la beauté est un véritable atout.
- Poste basé à Marrakech avec mobilité régionale.
