Pour notre client, nous recrutons un Chargé RH (H/F).
- Missions :
Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel.
Participer au processus de recrutement.
Gérer et suivre les dossiers du personnel.
Préparer les documents administratifs RH.
Assurer le suivi des absences et des congés.
Participer à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
Répondre aux demandes des salariés.
- Profil recherché :
Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou Management.
Une première expérience en RH est souhaitée.
Bonne maîtrise du français.
Rigueur, organisation et sens de la communication.
Esprit d’équipe et discrétion.
