Rattaché(e) au Chef de cuisine et au Chef de partie durant le service de nuit, vos principales missions seront :
Participer à la mise en place et à la préparation des ingrédients.
Assurer le dressage et la sortie des plats dans le respect des standards de qualité et d'hygiène.
Veiller à la propreté, au rangement du poste de travail et au respect des normes HACCP.
