Job Overview Sets up machine tools, fabricates, assembles, maintains, and tests machinery and equipment for experimental purposes as per the established machining procedures. Job Requirements • Performing the quality checks for the finished products to ensure that the specified quality standards are met, documenting the defects, and identifying the root cause in case of common occurrence. • Interpreting blueprints and other design documents to develop prototype models, creating toolpaths from models, and performing audits to ensure all the necessary parts are available to build, repair and test. • Fabricating prototype level components according to specifications to support product development from ideation to product introduction and establishing machining processes for prototype components. • Monitoring preventive maintenance of the machines and equipment through calibration and ensuring routine service in compliance with established guidelines. What Your Background Should Look Like Educational Degree • High School Diploma (Required) • Two-Year Technical Degree in Plastic or Mechanical discipline(Preferred) Professional Experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in Plastics Processing (Injection Molding) within the automotive industry • Basic knowledge in Mechanics Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
