Key responsibilities • Promote and generate sales of vegetable seed varieties. • Manage sales programs through to completion. • Actively manage customer receivables. • Provide strategic information on varieties, market developments, customers and competitors. • Generate sales forecasts. • Manage customer complaints. • Participate actively in events and brand promotional activities. Your tasks • Provide technical advice and follow-up to existing customers. • Identify and develop new sales opportunities. • Negotiate sales and develop customer relationships. • Organize and establish trials of new varieties under development. • Evaluate varieties and provide feedback. • Manage the variety portfolio and contribute to the introduction of new varieties. • Support customer loyalty and the acquisition of new customers. What We Are Looking • Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Technical Agricultural Engineering or a similar field. • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vegetable seed sector. • Good knowledge of vegetable crops. • Commercial profile with good organizational and customer management skills. • Availability to travel. • Native-level French and a good level of English.
