Geometrical Assurance Analyst - Internship

What You Can Expect • Geometrical analysis of all new parts of the project using VW software: • ZMB (geometry problem manager) • Vismockup (geometry viewer) • Document all potential problems with detailed images and descriptions. • Kinematic Analysis Report generating an envelope. • Managing and tracking the documented problems. • Reporting all the issues every week. • Escalation if necessary. • Participate in meetings explaining the issues to technical developers. • Help find solutions to possible geometrical problems. What You Bring To The Table • Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineer / Product Design Engineer • Languages: • English • Spanish • German (valuable) • Understanding of automotive development processes and vehicle’s BOM (bill of material) structures. • Knowledge of PDM/PLM Systems. • MS –Office. • CATIA V5 • Team Center. • Teamwork and collaboration. • Good communication skills. • Problem-Solving.
