Customer Service Associate - Italian / Spanish Speaker

Role and Responsibilities: • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email. • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion. • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally. • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices Qualifications and Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. • Willing to work on shifts (including weekends if required). • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Fluent Italian & English including written and verbal communication skills. • Effective communication skills. • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
