Pay10 is a global payment solutions provider with a presence across India, the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Hungary, and other key markets. Through its consumer and merchant platforms, Pay10 enables seamless digital payments, cross-border transfers, merchant acquiring, and value-added services, all built on world-class compliance and security standards.
As part of its global expansion, Pay10 has established a new regional office in Morocco, which is preparing to launch its payment activities in full compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib’s regulations. Pay10 Morocco will introduce innovative and seamless payment solutions for consumers, agents, and merchants, combining the group’s international expertise with Morocco’s dynamic and expanding financial ecosystem.
Pay10 Morocco is building a regulated mobile wallet platform under the Bank Al-Maghrib framework, with a market launch planned for 2026. As the platform moves toward launch and the pipeline grows, the Product team is looking for a Product / Project Coordinator to work alongside the Head of Product — keeping day-to-day product and delivery activities moving so the team stays focused and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Keep the backlog organized — maintain and update the product backlog in Jira, and track ticket status, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Support requirements and user stories — help draft and refine stories and acceptance criteria from inputs provided by the Head of Product and stakeholders.
• Maintain product documentation — keep specifications, Confluence pages, meeting minutes, and status trackers up to date.
• Coordinate the delivery cadence — support sprint preparation and ceremonies and follow up on action items across the local and offshore team.
• Follow up with vendors and partners — track deliverables, consolidate responses, and flag open points to the Head of Product.
• Support QA and go-live preparation — help coordinate testing cycles (UAT) and track issues through to resolution.
• Prepare research and reporting — compile market and regulatory inputs and status materials to support product decisions.
Required Skills and Competencies
• 1–3 years in a product, project, or delivery-support role (a strong internship counts) — fintech or payments a plus.
• Familiar with Jira and Confluence and comfortable with Agile ways of working.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, proactive about following up and keeping things on track.
• Genuine interest in fintech, payments, and regulated digital products.
• Bilingual French and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or master’s in engineering, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
