ADHDoers is a media and ecommerce startup dedicated to entertaining, supporting, and guiding people with ADHD throughout their diagnosis journey and beyond. The company builds creative, practical solutions tailored to ADHD-specific challenges, helping community members navigate daily life more effectively. ADHDoers has built a strong digital presence with around 2 million followers on Instagram and 400,000 on TikTok. The community also includes 60,000 newsletter subscribers and 40,000 podcast listeners, offering multiple channels for engagement and growth. This dynamic environment provides interns with exposure to content, community, and product initiatives focused on neurodiversity.
Role Description
This is a full-time, paid intern role based Semi-remote in Marrakesh. The intern will support daily media and ecommerce operations, including assisting with content creation for social platforms, newsletters, and podcasts, and helping schedule and publish posts. Responsibilities may include conducting research on ADHD-related topics, gathering community feedback, and contributing ideas for campaigns and products. The intern will help with basic data tracking (such as engagement or sales metrics), coordinating with team members, and managing administrative tasks to keep projects on track. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, with opportunities to learn about digital media, ecommerce, and ADHD-focused community building.
Qualifications

Interest in ADHD, neurodiversity, and community-focused media, with a genuine motivation to support and learn from ADHDers.

Basic skills in content creation (writing, visuals, or video) and familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

Ability to conduct online research, summarize findings clearly, and support the team with organized notes and insights.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Marrakesh as part of a small, agile team.

Good organizational habits, reliability in meeting deadlines, and openness to feedback and continuous learning.

Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace or similar); experience with ecommerce or analytics tools is a plus.

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., media, communications, psychology, business) is beneficial but not required.
