Full-time Video Editor

Mos’Art Agency is looking for a talented Video Editor with a strong creative mindset and proven experience in a communication or creative agency. Requirements • Proven experience working in a communication or creative agency (mandatory). • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. • Strong artistic direction skills and the ability to work independently. • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work within deadlines. • Strong knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for video production, visual creation, image generation, editing, and workflow optimization. The ability to integrate AI into the creative process is considered essential. Required Skills • Social media video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc.). • Corporate and institutional video production. • Motion graphics basics. • Color correction and color grading. • Audio editing and sound mixing. • Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills. • Ability to combine traditional editing techniques with AI-assisted creative workflows. Portfolio Required (Mandatory) Applicants must submit a portfolio/showreel demonstrating a diverse range of work, including: • Social media content • Corporate and institutional videos • Commercials and advertising campaigns • Motion graphics • Projects showcasing the use of AI in visual production or post-production (where applicable) Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
