About the Role To support our rapidly growing operations, we are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Import-Export Specialists to manage our international trade documentation and logistics. Based in our Jorf Lasfar office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods and materials that fuel our global supply chain. Responsibilities • Documentation & Compliance • Prepare, audit, and submit all import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.) • Ensure full compliance with customs regulations to avoid delays or penalties • Maintain organized filing systems and update document templates in line with policy changes • Accurately input key logistics data into our management systems • Logistics Tracking & Coordination • Track cargo status in real-time to ensure on-time delivery • Provide import/export support to the logistics team for seamless operations • Liaise with external partners including customs, warehouses, and transport companies for smooth clearance and delivery • Client & Stakeholder Communication • Communicate with clients to understand their import/export needs and provide professional consulting • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, managers) to align on documentation requirements and progress Qualifications • Education (Mandatory) • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Customs (Douane), International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Experience (Key Requirement) • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar Import-Export role • Familiarity with international trade processes and logistics management Required Skills • Technical & Operational Skills • Solid understanding of import/export business processes and strong operational skills • Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel) and other office automation tools • Knowledge of shipping, international freight, and customs regulations • Core Competencies • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Structured, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset • Language Requirement (Critical) • English is a working language (daily use in an international environment) Location Jorf Lasfar – El Jadida Region, Morocco Additional Information • Why Join COBCO? • Be part of a strategic project shaping the future of energy • Work in a fast-growing, international environment • Contribute to positioning Morocco in the global battery industry • Grow your career with a leader in high-tech industrial excellence • Ready to make an impact?
