Acciona, on it's business line of Water, is looking for a Document Controller for it's project on Casablanca.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, classify, code, and archive project documentation.
• Maintain document registers and track revisions to ensure that the latest versions are available.
• Manage the receipt, distribution, and filing of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Check document references, naming, and formatting for consistency.
• Coordinate with project teams to collect missing documentation and keep records complete.
• Support document retrieval and maintain an orderly electronic and physical archive.
• Report to Ivan and follow the project’s document management procedures.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage documentation accurately and maintain a structured filing system.
• Knowledge of document numbering, codification, revision control, and archiving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and respect for confidentiality.
• Previous experience in document control or administrative support is an advantage.
