HR PLANT MANAGER - MOROCCO

HHR Plant Manager – Morocco (Bouknadel) Benacchio Group is looking for an HR Plant Manager for its manufacturing plant in Bouknadel, Morocco. The plant is growing fast: we have 10 employees today and will have 70 by the end of 2027. HR has to be built from scratch: processes, policies, recruitment, organization and culture. You will build this HR function together with the Group HR, who will guide its overall direction. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who wants to create an HR function, not just manage one. What you will do • Build the plant's HR function from the ground up, in close collaboration with the Group HR. • Implement HR processes, procedures and policies at the plant, working with the Group HR. • Lead the recruitment plan to take the plant from 10 to 70 people, in line with production needs. • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, development and retention. • Support Plant Management in workforce planning and organizational design. • Make sure the plant complies with Moroccan labour law. • Manage employee relations and help managers with people and performance management. • Oversee outsourced services, such as employee transport and canteen. • Manage medical records and occupational health documentation. • Track key HR indicators and report to the Group HR. Who we are looking for • A degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or a related field. • At least 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment. • Automotive experience is a strong plus. • Excellent English. • A practical, autonomous and results-oriented approach, with the drive to build things from zero. • Strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working at every level of the organization.
