Role Description The Finance Intern role at ASSE_home is a full-time, on-site position based in Rabat. The intern will support the finance team in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements and reports. Daily tasks may include assisting with accounting entries, reconciling accounts, and helping with budget tracking and expense monitoring. The intern will also contribute to data analysis, compiling financial information, and preparing summaries for internal stakeholders. This role involves collaboration with other departments, clear communication of financial insights, and participation in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior team members. Qualifications • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and identify trends. • Foundational knowledge of finance principles and familiarity with financial statements. • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and comfort working with numbers. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for working with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) and general office software. • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work on-site in Rabat in a collaborative environment.
