**Your tasks**
* Collaboration in the ward support points
* Cross-sector planning of the diagnostic and therapeutic process based on treatment standards
* Planning of the appointment sequence in the treatment process according to medical specifications
* Ensuring the prerequisites for the implementation of specific diagnostics and therapy; ensuring adherence to appointments
* Communication, coordination and information on treatment processes for patients, referrers and functional areas
* Interface function between professional groups and different functions
* Waiting time and discharge management
**Your profile**
* Completed vocational training as a medical assistant or health and nursing professional (m/f/d)
* Good knowledge and experience in clinical processes (desirable in internal medicine)
* Practical, structured and independent action
* Commitment, flexibility and creativity
* A high degree of motivation and dedication in the coordination of complex administrative treatment processes

* The position is assigned to pay group E6 TV‑L. The classification is based on the activity characteristics of the pay regulations of the TV‑L; if their requirements are not met, a correspondingly lower classification is made in accordance with the pay regulations. The individual step assignment (steps 1–6) is governed by § 16 TV‑L, taking into account personal requirements and relevant professional experience
