- eigenständige Führung des Sekretariats (Terminkoordination, Fristenüberwachung, Posteingänge und -ausgänge, Umgang mit vertraulicher Korrespondenz)
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Gesprächen einschließlich Protokollführung
- Ansprechpartner/in innerhalb des Betriebsrates für interne und externe Kontakte
- aktive Unterstützung der Mitglieder des Betriebsrates
- Betreuung von Gästen, Vorbereitung von Beratungen sowie sonstigen Veranstaltungen des Bereiches
IHR PROFIL:
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bevorzugt in Gesundheitseinrichtungen
- sicherer Umgang mit allen MS-Office Anwendungen, dem Internet und Online-Recherchen
- gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
- Organisationsgeschick
- Engagement und Freude am eigenständigen Arbeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit, Loyalität und ein hohes Maß an Vertraulichkeit
