## Profile
- Permission to use the professional title according to the Nursing Professions Act
- Experience in intensive care or the desire to acquire it
- Willingness to participate in a specialist further training (intensive care medicine)
- Strong team spirit, commitment, creativity, motivation, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Collaboration and participation in ward-internal and cross-ward projects
- Willingness to work in day, night and on-call duty

- Basic and treatment care of patients requiring intensive care
- Focus on severely burned patients (6 beds)
- Assistance with diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Work according to current, evidence-based standards
- Accompaniment, counseling and guidance of relatives
- Renal replacement procedures, ventilation techniques, special wound care, etc.
- Documentation with patient data management system
