# Your future area of responsibility
- Production assurance: You ensure that production performance always meets requirements in terms of both quality and quantity, while at the same time ensuring high machine availability. You take responsibility for organizing production quality according to defined specifications, carry out regular quality checks and document all relevant data precisely. In addition, you check the finished goods for quality and promptly report any deviations or problems to your supervisors.
- Machine operation: You operate and run the paper machine with care, recognize faults early and act efficiently against the causes of breaks. You continuously check the condition of the systems, report failures and ensure that necessary repairs are initiated. You also control the targeted use of additives, always taking company specifications into account.
- Maintenance and cleaning: You prepare wear parts proactively, replace them and responsibly take on cleaning work on machines and system parts to ensure smooth operation.
- Documentation & handover: You carefully create checklists, document quality controls and ensure a smooth and proper shift handover. You also actively contribute to the training of our paper technologists and support them in their professional development.
The employment relationship is initially fixed-term, but we are very interested in a long-term and successful collaboration and aim for a transfer to a permanent employment relationship.

- Successfully completed vocational training as a paper technologist, machine and plant operator, electrician or comparable training
- Forklift license or driver's license for forklift drivers
- Technical understanding and experience in machine operation
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
