**Your profile:**
- a completed higher education in a technical field, e.g. civil engineering, architecture (Bachelor's or Diplom-FH) or comparable
- extensive specialist knowledge in the field of building construction is mandatory – proof is provided by meaningful employment references.
- comprehensive basic and legal knowledge in the field of public procurement and contract law as well as construction law (GWB, VgV, VOB/A/B/C, HOAI, UVgO, BbgBO, BGB/contract for work and services law, KomHKV)
- social and methodological skills: team orientation, strong communication skills, high commitment and problem-solving skills
- resilience and responsibility: mental resilience, independent working style as well as decision-making ability in responsible situations
- confident handling of digital work tools, administrative software and communication systems (e.g. email, video conferences) as well as the ability to use digital tools efficiently in everyday work
- basic knowledge of information and data security, data protection (GDPR)
