- Analysis & reporting: You prepare relevant sales key figures and create detailed reports. Your sound market and competitor analyses support our sales strategy and contribute significantly to corporate planning.
- Customer management: You independently look after our B2B customers via telephone, email and during personal customer visits. You always ensure professional, friendly and solution-oriented communication and handling of customer enquiries.
- Trade fairs & events: You represent our company during customer visits, trade fairs and industry events in Germany and abroad in Europe. You maintain existing contacts and continuously expand your network.
- Communication professional: You maintain and process our central sales email inbox and are the first point of contact for our customers for general enquiries.
- Team player & link: You actively support the sales management and act as a link as well as central interface between customers, sales management and other internal specialist departments. You coordinate project-related tasks, annual budgets and various day-to-day topics to ensure smooth processes.
