**Your tasks**
- Technical and organizational leadership of the warehouse team
- Planning, controlling and monitoring of all warehouse processes

- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung sämtlicher Lagerprozesse
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Materialversorgung der Produktion
- Koordination von Wareneingang, Warenausgang und internen Materialflüssen
- Durchführung und Überwachung von Bestandskontrollen sowie Inventuren
- Optimierung von Lager- und Logistikprozessen hinsichtlich Effizienz und Qualität
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Fertigungsplanung und Versand

**Wir erwarten**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lager/Logistik, z. B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Fachlagerist (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Erste Führungserfahrung als Teamleiter, Gruppenleiter, Schichtleiter oder Stellvertretung wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Lagerverwaltungssystemen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gültiger Staplerschein von Vorteil
