- Professional experience in the environment of software development or product management
- Knowledge of tax processes and digital solutions, ideally in the environment of notice retrieval and notice management

- Experience in managing and collaborating with external development partners

Im Bereich Tax Collaboration (TC) geht es vor allem um die Weiterentwicklung und Stabilisierung digitaler Lösungen rund um Bescheidabruf und Bescheidmanagement. Wichtig ist dabei die Koordination interner und externer Entwicklungsteams, die Steuerung von Abhängigkeiten sowie die transparente Kommunikation zu Fortschritt, Risiken und notwendigen Entscheidungen. Ziel ist eine termingerechte, qualitativ hochwertige und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung der Themen.
### Ihre Aufgaben:
- **Planung & Steuerung der operativen Umsetzung** projektbezogener Initiativen
- Erstellung und Pflege einer Roadmap (Projektplan) unter Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Budgeteinhaltung
- **Koordination** einer effizienten und zielgerichteten **Zusammenarbeit** zwischen relevanten **Schnittstellen und Stakeholdern.**
- **Transparenz** und Kommunikation über **Fortschritt,** Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und **Entscheidungsbedarfe** unter Einbindung aller relevanten Stakeholder zur Unterstützung der Projektziele.
