- Management and coordination of inspections according to DIN 1076, VDI 6200 or RÜV
- Digital documentation of inspections on engineering structures according to DIN 1076 or VDI 6200 (report, database, structure books, damage position plan)
- Preparation of inspection reports and, if necessary, derivation of recommendations for action
- Close cooperation with clients, developers, architects, civil engineers
- Budget responsibility as well as monitoring of deadlines and resources
## What you bring
- Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture (Bachelor, Master, Diploma or comparable)
- Several years of experience in structural inspection VDI 6200 or comparable
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Team-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness
- IT skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office, openness to new systems and APP applications, willingness to help shape innovations

## Dafür suchen wir Sie
- Leitung und Koordination von Inspektionen nach DIN 1076, VDI 6200 oder RÜV
- Digitale Dokumentation von Prüfungen an Ingenieurbauwerken nach DIN 1076 oder VDI 6200 (Bericht, Datenbank, Bauwerksbücher, Schadenspositionsplan)
- Erstellung von Inspektionsberichten und ggf. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Bauträgern, Architekten, Bauingenieuren
- Budgetverantwortung sowie Überwachung von Terminen und Ressourcen
## Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur (Bachelor, Master, Diplom oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauwerksinspektion VDI 6200 oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Regelwerken
- Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Offenheit für neue Systeme und APP Anwendungen, Bereitschaft an Innovationen mitzugestalten
