With your manual skills, your eye for order and your reliability, you ensure that residents\* and employees feel safe and comfortable in our facility.
**Your tasks – what awaits you:**
- You carry out minor repairs and simple maintenance work in the buildings and on the grounds;
- You take on maintenance and cleaning work in the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility;
- You accompany and supervise external craft businesses during work in the service building;
- You carry out regular rounds on the facility grounds, secure danger spots and document any anomalies;
- You take on other tasks as required, e.g. winter service.

- Du führst Kleinreparaturen und einfache Instandsetzungsarbeiten in den Gebäuden und auf dem Gelände durch;
- Du übernimmst Pflege‑ und Reinigungsarbeiten im Innen‑ und Außenbereich der Einrichtung;
- Du begleitest und betreust externe Handwerksbetriebe bei Arbeiten im Dienstgebäude;
- Du führst regelmäßige Rundgänge auf dem Einrichtungsgelände durch, sicherst Gefahrenstellen und dokumentierst Auffälligkeiten;
- Du übernimmst weitere anfallende Tätigkeiten nach Bedarf, z. B. den Winterdienst.
