### Your tasks
- As Housekeeping Manager, you coordinate our cleaning staff and make sure that all areas of our resort are spotlessly clean
- You check our rooms after cleaning by our external service provider and take care of the maintenance of the rooms
- You inspect our public areas
- You create room lists for our external cleaning company using a software solution
- You ensure perfect preparation and smooth running of the cleaning
- You create duty rosters, train our hotel specialist apprentices in the area of housekeeping and take care of purchasing as well as inventory

- You have already gained professional experience in housekeeping in the hotel industry – ideally in a responsible position
- You work in a structured way, keep an overview even on stressful days and have a high quality standard
- You like taking on responsibility and lead by example

### Deine Aufgaben
- Als Housekeeping Manager koordinierst du unsere Reinigungskräfte und sorgst dafür, dass alle Bereiche unseres Resorts tiptop sauber sind
- Du checkst unsere Zimmer nach der Reinigung unseres externen Dienstleisters und kümmerst dich um die Instandhaltung der Zimmer
- Du kontrollierst unsere öffentlichen Bereiche
- Du erstellst mit einer Softwarelösung Zimmerlisten für unsere Fremdreinigungsfirma
- Du sorgst für eine perfekte Vorbereitung und einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Reinigung
- Du erstellst Dienstpläne, bildest unsere Hotelfach-Azubis im Bereich des Housekeepings aus und kümmerst dich um den Einkauf sowie das Inventar
### Das bringst du mit
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Housekeeping der Hotellerie gesammelt – idealerweise in einer verantwortungsvollen Position
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch an stressigen Tagen den Überblick und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran
- Du bist zuverlässig, organisiert und packst auch selbst mit an
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
