**About us:**
We are an established, strongly growing agency for international marriages and document legalization. We help couples worldwide to overcome bureaucratic hurdles and marry easily (e.g. in Denmark or Georgia). We currently operate 3 successful online platforms and are expanding strongly into the Middle East region (UAE, Israel) as well as into the DACH region. To scale our digital channels and prepare for our next big website launch, we are looking for you!
**Your mission:**
You are the strategic and operational brain behind our international customer acquisition. Your goal is to measurably maximize traffic and lead numbers for our marriage services in Denmark and Georgia, so that we can further expand our advisory team.
**Your tasks:**
- **Campaign management & optimization:** You take over the management, optimization and scaling of our existing **Google Ads** and **Microsoft Ads** for the German and international market (focus: DACH, Israel, UAE).
- **AI Advertising Pioneer:** You test and establish innovative advertising formats on **AI platforms** (Perplexity, ChatGPT environment) and optimize our content for AI Search.
- **Internationalization & expansion:** You support the build-up of our new, fourth website (focus: Georgia) as well as the **translation and localization** of our platforms into further foreign languages.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):** You optimize our WordPress websites and landing pages in order to convert visitors from different cultural backgrounds in a psychologically optimal way.
- **Data-driven scaling:** You analyze KPIs (CAC, CPL, conversion rates) and report directly to the managing director in order to allocate budgets where they bring the highest profit.
**Your profile:**
- **Experience:** At least 2–3 years of demonstrable success in performance marketing (Google Ads / SEA) – ideally in the area of lead generation or international services.
- **Technical foundation:** Confident handling of **WordPress** (creation and maintenance of landing pages) as well as common web analytics tools.
- **Language genius:** Very good German and **good English** are required. Knowledge of Arabic, Hebrew or Russian is a massive plus, but not a requirement (the final consultation of customers is later carried out by native speakers).
- **Entrepreneurial thinking:** You think like a co-entrepreneur. You do not just want "clicks", but measurable conversions and profitable growth.
**What we offer you:**
- A solid fixed salary paired with a **performance-oriented bonus** that directly rewards your successes financially (more leads = more salary).
- A niche product with high, emotional demand worldwide.
- Short decision-making paths directly with the founder – no corporate bureaucracy.
- The chance to help shape the advertising build-up of an international company structure (Germany & Georgia) from day 1.

International Growth & Performance Manager (m/w/d)
**Was wir dir bieten:**
