Your tasks depending on the age structure:
• Participation/co-determination in structuring and accompanying the residents' daily lives as well as individual care and counseling of the children and young people for coping with life and conflicts
• Individual developmental support using animal-assisted interventions
• Environmentally conscious action/role model function
• Appreciative interaction with the children and young people and their system of origin
• Supporting the young people in developing life and career perspectives as well as their practical realization
• Promoting the young people's independent and responsible conduct of life, e.g. in building and maintaining social contacts, handling money, leisure behavior, contact with authorities, etc.
• Accompanying the children and young people in crises, conflicts and difficult life situations
• Planning and carrying out joint excursions, activities, etc.
• Coordination of cooperation with parents, youth welfare offices, schools, training companies, doctors, therapists and other contacts
• Resource-oriented, goal-directed work
Your talents:
• Pronounced teamwork and communication skills
• Enjoyment in working with children and young people and ability for self-reflection
• Professional experience in inpatient youth welfare, experience in the care of children and young people with behavioral difficulties and needs, especially in the emotional/social area
