We are looking for a **Process Engineer (m/f/d) Chemistry** for the Production area at the earliest possible date
As a Process Engineer (m/f/d) at Solstice, you contribute significantly to operational efficiency, cost savings and product quality. You work closely with teams to optimize processes, ensure compliance with regulations and take on technical leadership. You report directly to our Operations Manager and work at our site in Seelze, Lower Saxony, within the framework of an on-site working model.
## Responsibilities
**Tasks:**
- Representation of the Operations Manager
- Support of the Operations Manager in implementing the operation of the plants in compliance with regulations and permits, in accordance with legal and internal group regulations
- Analysis and improvement of existing processes through systematic trend analyses and evaluation of process parameters to increase quality and efficiency.
- Conducting FMEAs to improve process stability and implementation of corrective measures.
- Conducting root cause analyses in case of deviations; tracking the implementation of measures.
- Identification and implementation of productivity projects.
- Support in identifying new production technologies and automation possibilities.
- Support in the piloting of new products; validation of process stability
- Creation of the specification (requirements specification) for investment projects of the operation and plant modifications.
- Support in the qualification of new raw materials
- Kaizen: collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for the further development of production processes.
- Support in the commissioning of plants and machines
- Participation in the creation of work instructions, protocol specifications to increase standardization
## Qualifications
**Your profile:**
- Completed degree as a chemical engineer or in engineering sciences with a specialization in process engineering
- Professional experience in production desirable
- Good communication skills
- Analytical thinking, structured working and creativity
- Good problem-solving and judgment skills
- High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
- Good English skills in spoken and written form
