Foreman (m/f/d) Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering Structures

Kern Infra GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Essen, realizes demanding structural engineering projects in industrial and commercial construction as well as civil engineering structures. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced foreman (m/f/d) who leads construction sites independently on site and is actively involved in day-to-day construction operations. **Your tasks** • Independent management of construction sites in the area of structural engineering and civil engineering structures • Organization and control of daily construction processes on the construction site • Leadership and allocation of crews, subcontractors and skilled workers • Monitoring and implementation of execution plans on the construction site • Setting out, marking and checking axes, heights and components • Monitoring of formwork, reinforcement and concrete work • Ensuring professional, schedule-oriented and high-quality execution • Material and equipment planning in coordination with the site management • Identifying and solving problems in ongoing construction site operations • Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with all relevant regulations • Supporting the site management with quantity surveys and construction site documentation **Your profile** • Completed training in the main construction trade with further qualification as foreman, works foreman or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, industrial or commercial construction as well as civil engineering • Confident handling of construction drawings, formwork and reinforcement plans • Experience in setting out heights and axes as well as in practical construction site organization • Leadership experience in dealing with crews and subcontractors • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working • Willingness to travel for construction site assignments throughout Germany • Driving licence class B **We are expressly not looking for a pure office worker, but for an experienced construction site practitioner with leadership qualities who actively manages construction sites and takes on responsibility.**
