When we install a heat pump, the ground plays a part in whether the thing runs smoothly. That's where you come in: you lay the foundation for the outdoor unit, run the pipes from the house to the outside, and then restore the surface properly. We are a master craftsman business for heat pumps, PV and storage in Oldenburg with our own teams in plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical. You work on our customers' occupied homes, so with thought and respect for their property. No subcontractor hopping, fixed hours, honest pay.
**Your tasks:**
- Laying foundations for heat pump outdoor units (digging, formwork, concreting)
- Drilling core holes for pipe routing through the house wall
- Laying pipes from the house to the heat pump position (brine, water, condensate)
- Carrying out paving work around the outdoor unit
- Restoring the outdoor surface cleanly after completion of work
- Leaving the construction site at the occupied customer house tidy and protected
**What you bring:**
- Experience in landscaping or civil engineering
- Confident handling of core drilling equipment and paving tools
- Class B driving licence (Class BE desirable for trailer transport)
- German at least at construction site level for coordination with customers and team
- Willingness to work at occupied customer homes (protection of property and plants, restoration of the surface)

- 21 to 28 euros gross per hour, that's around 3,640 to 4,850 euros gross per month for a 40-hour week (above the landscaping collective wage floor)

Garten- und Landschaftsbauer (m/w/d) für Wärmepumpen-Außenarbeiten
Wenn wir eine Wärmepumpe setzen, entscheidet der Boden mit, ob das Ding sauber läuft. Genau da kommst Du ins Spiel: Du setzt das Fundament für die Außeneinheit, bringst die Rohre vom Haus nach draußen und machst die Fläche danach wieder ordentlich. Wir sind ein Meisterbetrieb für Wärmepumpen, PV und Speicher in Oldenburg mit eigenen Teams in SHK und Elektro. Du arbeitest am bewohnten Eigenheim unserer Kunden, also mit Kopf und mit Respekt vor deren Grundstück. Kein Subunternehmer-Hopping, feste Zeiten, ehrliche Bezahlung.
**Deine Aufgaben:**
- Fundamente für Wärmepumpen-Außeneinheiten setzen (ausheben, schalen, betonieren)
- Kernbohrungen für die Rohrverlegung durch die Hauswand durchführen
- Rohre vom Haus zur Wärmepumpen-Position verlegen (Sole, Wasser, Kondensat)
- Pflasterarbeiten rund um die Außeneinheit ausführen
- Außenfläche nach Abschluss der Arbeiten wieder sauber herstellen
- Baustelle am bewohnten Kundenhaus ordentlich und geschützt hinterlassen
**Das bringst Du mit:**
- Erfahrung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder im Tiefbau
- Sicherer Umgang mit Kernbohrgeräten und Pflasterwerkzeug
- Führerschein Klasse B (Klasse BE wünschenswert für Anhänger-Transport)
- Deutsch mindestens auf Baustellen-Niveau für die Abstimmung mit Kunden und Team
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit am bewohnten Kundenhaus (Schutz von Grundstück und Bepflanzung, Wiederherstellung der Fläche)

- 21 bis 28 Euro brutto pro Stunde, das sind rund 3.640 bis 4.850 Euro brutto im Monat bei 40-Stunden-Woche (oberhalb GaLaBau-Tarif-Ecklohn)
