**Your profile:**
- Vocational or university degree

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in einer Jugendmaßnahme suchen wir für unseren Standort in Wittmund einen Ausbilder (w, m, d) in Teilzeit oder Midi-Job, z.B. an zwei Tagen/ Woche. Es geht um die Anleitung einer Kleingruppe im Gewerk Hotel/Gastronomie; also das Aufzeigen von Grundlagen in den und verwandten Berufsfeldern.
**Ihre Tätigkeit:**
- Praxisanleitung im HoGa-Bereich für max. 6 Jugendliche
- Austausch mit dem Team über den Fortschritt/ die Fähigkeiten einzelner Teilnehmer
- Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeit
- Ggf. Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieben
**Sie bringen mit:**
- Berufs- oder Studienabschluss
- min. einjährige Erfahrung in der Anleitung oder Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden (einjährige Erfahrung entfällt bei Meister oder Techniker mit Ausbildereignung)
- Freude an konstruktiver Verknüpfung von theoretischen und praktischen Lehrinhalten
- Freude am praktischen Lehren, Begeisterungsfähigkeit
