Ihre Aufgaben:
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Termin- und Produktivitätszielen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Studium, Werkmeister) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, Bau- oder Baunebengewerbe, o. Ä.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise als Produktionsleiter
Praxiskenntnisse in der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen
Führungserfahrung von mind. 3 Jahren erwünscht
Soziale Kompetzenz und ein sicherer Umgang mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Ebenen
Kommunikationsstärke, Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
