Your tasks
Setting up and adjusting injection molding machines
Operating and monitoring production equipment
Monitoring and optimizing ongoing injection molding processes
Collaboration with production, engineering, and internal toolmaking
Support with maintenance and servicing work
Assistance with tool qualifications
Contributing and implementing improvement suggestions
Ensuring quality standards and production workflows
Your profile
Professional experience in plastic injection molding absolutely required
Experience in setting up or adjusting production machines
Technical education an advantage (e.g., mechatronics, plastics technology, automation technology)
Willingness to work in 3-shift operation (Mon-Fri; weekends off)
Good German skills (at least B2)
Reliable, precise, and quality-conscious way of working

Salary & framework conditions
Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry.
The gross monthly salary starts at € 3,100 (depending on qualification and experience).
In addition, there is the possibility of a performance-related bonus of up to 10% of the annual gross salary.
Framework conditions:
1 month probation period, followed by a 3-month fixed-term employment contract
After a successful onboarding phase (4 months), a long-term permanent position is planned

The location is only accessible by public transport to a limited extent. For shift work, a personal vehicle is therefore an advantage. Company housing or support in finding an apartment is not offered.
