What awaits you
You support the consulting and support of the SuccessFactors modules and the entire SAP system landscape, analyze and optimize HR processes, solve complex problems down to OS/DB level
You carry out batches, transports and deployments, take care of customizing as well as print control, plan and implement upgrades or support packages and ensure the installation of add-ons
Through the planning and execution of patches (SAP/SAP GUI), release changes and complex OS/DB migrations, you keep the system always up to date
In collaboration with the SAP Security team, you create authorization profiles and implement SAP Security Notes
You participate in (sub-)projects, prepare workshops and tests and support ongoing operations (tickets, error analysis, documentation) and key users
You also manage data administration to ensure smooth processes and interfaces
What sets you apart
You have a completed degree in computer science or a technical-economic education
You have initial experience and great interest in HR IT as well as initial contact with SAP SuccessFactors
